I have decided to get my Real Estate Licence for British Columbia. The reasoning is I want to start purchasing some investment properties and maybe assist some regional clients with land purchases so they can buy an Allpro Home package. You really can’t do anything in the Province without an actual licence so, here we go.
Studying and reading the assignments has been a “stretch” but I have given myself 6 months to get through it and do the exam. All prayers are appreciated!
