My wife Robin and I just returned from a 3 day Conference in Everett Washington. It was hosted by Sonrise Chapel and they were welcome hosts. The Conference was called “Opening the Gates of Heaven” and featured Chuck Pierce and the team from Glory of Zion Church in Denton Texas, Dr. C Peter Wagner, Dutch Sheets as well as other speakers.

It was a great time to get a away for a few days and get things in perspective. One of the comments made was being ‘properly aligned’ with God and people. Wow, did that make sense to me. Have you ever felt “out of alignment” with a situation or relationship? What usually happens is that the outcome is not what you expected or preferred. You also feel out of place and there is always a sense of not being quite right. I have been there numerous times personally, in business and in Church. You just know something is not right and soon you feel it is time to move on. Once you make that decision, you feel like a huge weight has been lifted from you!

This was one of those life changing times in my life. A time to be re-energized, put things in perspective, be encouraged and to re-align my thinking and my life. I highly encourage you to seek out a time away to be ministered to, get perspective and maybe re-align your life. Who knows, it might be a life changer too!
