Who is this Larry guy anyway. Well, I am in my upper 40’s and have been happily married now for almost 25 years now and we have 3 grown children who are in no hurry to leave the “nest”. I have been in the panelized new home package business for 17 years and my forte is the sales and marketing side. I let other people run the production and you should be thankful for that. I became a born again Christian 26 years ago and my Faith is the foundation for all that I am and what I do. I enjoy Golfing, marketing, Land Investing and I am currently a Licensed Real Estate Trading Representative with Prudential Power Play Realty in the Fraser Valley BC.
I guess I would say that I am an expert in Owner/Builder projects and new home construction. I have just started doing audio and video podcasts to record my years of experience so I can have resources available for people to review.
I like to travel, play golf, play more golf, and write. I am really enjoying learning about web marketing and have actually formed our own Web Development Company due to the demand from clients who wanted to know who does our web sites. Well, we do of course.
